Customize the guest form
The GuestQueue guest form is customizable, allowing you to choose the information your team collects.
Collect the guest's email address.
First Name
Collect the guest's first name.
Last Name
Collect the guest's last name.
Gender
Collect the guest's gender.
Birthday
Collect the guest's birthday.
Mobile Phone
Collect the guest's mobile phone number.
Company/Organization
Collect the guest's company or organization.
Title
Collect the guest's title.
Custom fields
Create additional fields not covered by the standard guest fields.
Field properties
- Name: The label shown for the field on the guest form.
- Type: Choose Text, List, or Textarea from the dropdown to control how the field is entered.
- Default value: Enter an optional value that pre-fills the field.
- Required Private: Check this box to make the field required when the guest list is Private.
- Required Publicly: Check this box to make the field required when the guest list is Public.
- Public: Check this box to show the field on public registration pages.
- Active: Check this box to enable the field for use on the guest form.
